Melissa  Stansell of Braids & Sparkles is back, working her sparkly magic with Fairy Hair.  For the uninitiated, Fairy Hair involves hand-tying strands of tinsel to  strands of your hair, for a subtle yet eye catching look. This is a drop-in event. No reservations required.
